Our expert Kryolan educator will guide you through a wide variety of blood effects, demonstrating techniques for creating everything from congealed, thick, and clotted blood to crusted and runny blood, all tailored to specific wound types. You’ll learn how to craft realistic, dramatic effects perfect for both stage and screen, including open wounds, cuts, bullet explosions, and skin abrasions using waxes and silicone-based products.
Explore your creativity in this interactive workshop, where the "blood bank" is never empty, and discover the secrets behind creating realistic burns and bruises, from first to third degree, by understanding skin anatomy and applying the right techniques. Our training will also cover the best tools, products, and equipment for special effects make-up, as well as essential health and safety practices when working with these professional-grade materials. This is your chance to master the art of creating realistic, dramatic effects that will leave a lasting impact.

Do I need to bring anything?
All necessary materials, including brushes and products, will be provided. If your course includes a practical session, we recommend bringing a smartphone or camera to capture high-quality images of your work.

Will I receive a certificate?
Upon completing the course, you will receive an official Kryolan Certificate of completion. Please note that this certificate is not a formal make-up qualification.

What if I need to cancel?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring a change in plans. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience.

Will a model be provided?
If your course includes a practical session, you will have the option to practice either on yourself or on a fellow attendee.
Please note that models will not be provided for the session.
